Tim - Some of them appear to just pass the brake power directly through from the truck, so if we ran a standard 12V brake controller off the existing 24 to 12V converter in the battery box, we should be able to feed the brake wire from the 12V brake controller into one of these boxes. (I'm checking with the manufacturer to make sure I understand it correctly).

If I've misunderstood the manufacturer's description, we can always just bypass this box and run the 12V brake power line from the controller directly to the pin of the trailer connector.
