I've already got 12 volts to power a brake controller. However, that controller you linked might be useful on my tractor. No one seems to make a weatherproof brake controller, which would mean removing a tractor mounted one when it was left outside or when it's raining. With that remote mounted control, I might be able to find a sheltered place to store the controller, and just rig some small cover for the remote knob.
