That noise is usually the front input bearing or the roller bearings the rear pocket of the input shaft. No other bearings should be spinning at that point. It’s very common to hear it. I would not worry about it until it gets pretty noisy.
If you push in the clutch it will go away but you may start hearing the throw out bearing making some noise.
