I have with out question. Bearings do make a little noise even if they are new. They will make a little more noise as the oil heats up and thins. It’s just part of the beast. If they are loud then you might need to address something. If you really have to listen to hear it or it’s really a low background noise then don’t worry.

I had all new parts put into an old transmission by a tranny shop that specialized in NOS parts (military surplus). The tranny was fine, then I took it on a 100 mile drive. When I pulled over it sounded like a cement mixer not a transmission. The input bearing was failing. Not a problem, took it back and they replaced the bearing and cleaned any debris from the tranny. It been fine for 17 years.
