I own a 2006 Dodge 2500 with CTD. Coming up on 175,000. I have replaced the sissy factory clutch with a South Bend, and have added little things like greasable ball joints that can be rebuilt in the truck, Jacobs exhaust, bigger intercooler, lockout hub kit, but my biggest fear is the electronics and computers failing.
If I had the money to completely rebuild an early 12valve I would do it in a heart beat, simply because of the simplicity of the engine and the rest of the vehicle. But.....
