Yes the axles are crowned. Both tires appear to be toed in on the passenger side. I need to look closer to see if both axles are out or if there is a bent wheel or whatever. Thinking about it, the badly worn tires do show up on the passenger side and not the drivers side.
I have blown 2 tires on the drivers side. Once due the place I bought the trailer from putting the wrong tube type and size in a tire (tread was fine but it blew the side wall due to heat buildup). The second happened 6 miles into a trip when I picked up a nail and things went south quickly.
