Liquid tire balancer

I have read about the use of balancing beads in tires and they have many positive reviews. I also read about a balancing liquid, Esco, that is used in big rigs. A liquid seems to be a better approach due to it’s easier installation (and removal if it does not perform) through a valve stem.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
