Adjust your shoes to drum per spec. Then pressure bleed your system.
I made one with a. Half gallon pump garden sprayer and some fittings into a flat plate with tension springs and a rubber gasket. Added a pressure valve by drilling into the side a good bit smaller than 1/4" tap of gauge and "self tapped" the bugger in to assure no leak.
Pump up to 5-10 pounds and have at it. When done you can double the pressure to leak check fittings.
