Scroll down to the image of the cross section. If it's a good tight fit on the rim, you probably would be ok using them. The side ring may be difficult to correct if it has a flat spot from road damage. You can assemble the rim, mount it to the hub and using blocks of wood and a wire check it yourself for roundness and wobble. If the rim is out of round, you can place it on a bed of pea gravel, a block of wood on each side of the concerned area and using a sledge or other hammer and block of wood, strike the area to reshape and check. You can also correct an out of round condition by mounting the tire on the rim and hub, rotating it and marking the high or low areas of the tire to floor surface, then rotate the tire on the rim 180 degrees. This will correct a lot of out-of-round conditions unless the out-of-round is excessive. Bigger issue is the out-of-round condition of the nut seats from poor maintenance. I periodically do a visual inspection of my rims for cracks.
There are some things to watch for when purchasing these rims do to a lot of years behind them and weathered conditions where they have been exposed to water - iron that has formed around the rivets and between the rim and dish - DO NOT USE, and cracked seats which can be welded for use. I wouldn't buy a rim that has a tire mounted on it, you just can't tell the condition inside. If VPW or MWM doesn't have any, search craig's list.
