Window winder thing-a-ma-jig. I should have one - just need t take a door apart to get at it. I do have the rear winders, a couple of real sweet ones minus springs but I am not ready to wave them goodbye quite yet.
The ones on my carry all where quite tight but my inside door handle have gotten sloppy with use.
