My guess is the door is not grounded to the rest of the car or truck. It is the common denominator to all the stuff not working on that one door.
Testing my theory is simple. Find a good, clean place on the door to connect a temporary dround to. Hook up one jumper cable clamp betwwen the door ground you chose, and the other end of the same cable to the battery negative post. If things start working, you can easily fix the problem by adding a ground strap, or finding a cooroded or loose factory ground.
Dont rely on the door hinges to be the ground.
