If this vehicle (whatever it is) has a TIPM (totally integrated power module) it is a likely source of the problem.
I'm guessing most of the people here on the forum watch Eric O's channel on Youtube. He has at least a few videos dealing with a bad TIPM.
Eric O has some of the the most interesting repair videos on Youtube. He deals with this kind of electrical problem all the time. South Main Garage is his Youtube channel.
He's in New York State. If I lived in New York and had this kind of problem, I would head in his direction.
