I had the same issues with my rear door post supports. I replaced the lower part of my posts from a salvaged PW cab. They are the same. I built new sports with sheet metal that I cut, bent and welded. Your floor is worse than mine. You could make your own patches or find a PW cab and cut the pieces you need the weld them in. The floors are the same.
