Man what a bunch of problems. I never had that many issues with my carryall. My biggest issue was with the hydraulic clutch. I used Wildwood master and slave to start with. What a pain. I was lucky to get 500 miles before one or the other failed. When I converted from vacuum assist to hydroboost brakes I changed out the clutch hydraulics. My clutch master is now a brake master from a 56 Chevy car and the slave is a Chevy truck clutch slave cylinder. It works great with 1000s of miles on it with no problems. I was able to get the hydroboost and brake master to get really close to each other to work with the peddles I have. Never a problem with the hydroboost which was a rebuilt unit from NAPA.

The only other issue was the crank pulley came off when driving at 5 mph. No damage. It was a press fit with no bolt so I drilled and tapped the crank and put a bolt in.

There are lots of aftermarket parts and electronics in my carryall and nothing has given me any problems except what I mentioned above. It’s been on the road for 17 years now. I guess I have been lucky.
