Look in Phil's Archives for some posts by Paul (NY) and me, a few weeks ago, talking about how he sound proofs his old iron, using inexpensive materials from Lowes. He says he gets his old trucks and cars just about as quiet as modern vehicles. When I get to that point in my project (49 Power Wagon), I'm definitely going to be following in his footsteps.
