Parts manual as of 4/30/56 only shows one block CC# 1326828, two heads, up-to engine T137-33131, CC# 1326311, after T137-33131 and engine T137-32381, CC# 1554673. Parts manual does not show a plug for water by-pass hole in block, therefore, you have an incorrect head for that engine.
