I don't think it's just any change that we don't like. I think it's mostly change when there's uncertainty involved, or change when you know there's a downside. In this case, the downside is the loss of the good techs you've been working with for so long. The uncertainty is not being sure if the next guys you get will be any good. If the change was that you were about to hire a guy you know to be really good and experienced, and easy to work with, then you might be all for that. Anyway, enough of my ramblings. I guess that's my philosophical post for the day.
