Thanks, Vaughn. It's easy to see the upper metal washer in most images, and I can see the lower metal washer in one or two of the images. It's interesting to look at the middle washer. On mine, it's rubber, but on the one you linked, it appears yo be some sort of fiber/cloth washer.
