The tie rod ends are exactly the same between the M37 and the Power Wagon. I would use the 130-150 number for the ball stud. The torque charts for a 5/8" Grade 5 fine thread bolt show between 127 and 170 ft-lb, depending on the quality of the thread. The 40 ft-lb number might be for the pinch bolt for the drag link.
