Door Art for Crewcabs?

What should vintage door art look like on a crewcab? Four door trucks were so uncommon back in the day, I don't have a concept of what commercial door lettering should look like on one. Every one I have seen was a government truck with a small logo on the front door and nothing on the rear.

I'm thinking of lettering up my M-677. Between the two doors and the Gem Top, there's a lot of real estate. My question is how to do it tastefully, so that it plausibly looks vintage?
