As you say - crew cabs were usually fleet “crew” trucks - I had a ‘60s cc w200 that just had the state and dept name on the front doors,
I’ve mentioned before that dad was a sign painter, my brother still does some lettering and door murals when he’s in the mood. My dad would have tried to talk you into a nature scene like they used to do on bank-vault doors and safes. Sorry - big photo maybe.
