It is not a big deal to do but when running a CV in front the rear axle has to be rotated so the rear ujoint is nearly straight. I think jeeps kind of like this because it raises the u joint slightly and keeps it off rocks. You can buy angle shims but it is better to cut the brackets off and weld them back with the new angle. 1350 is largest common cv. I went to all 1410 during my axle swap and on an m37 have found them to be up to diesel torque with a 5.5:1 low range double transfer case setup. A 1410 is wider and can handle a steeper angle without binding. Modern diesels use an even larger joint, I think it is a 1550.
