I did it on mine as it was a different frame and axles. I had shortened the frame 13 1/2 inches and had to change the driveshaft anyway so I had CV rear made up. I reindexed the rear axle perches and rewelded them on so it didn't have a steep angle there. You can see it in the picture here during the mock up. I wanted 1350 u joints as well as the motor is 400HP. No issues and I've had it up to 75MPH and drove it 2000 miles last year alone. Been done for around 5 years.
