About 30 years ago a friend of mine, who was rather a natural born klutz, bought a Scout with a pto winch. He was playing with it and forgot to disengage the pto. He made it about 200 yds down the road before the whole drive train locked up. He had to cut the cable with a hack saw to get things unbound. He sold the Scout shortly after. :)
