I have nade that lip out of epoxy putty. 30years later and it is still in place. Now this was the lip that went in on the bucket, a lip that flairs out would need to be made out of metal. make a buck and have at it, either that or look for some scrap at your local recyclers - bet you there is a shape that will work for you.
A used old off road light might provide the tin as well.
