I forgot to add that I am running a pusher fan mounted to the front of the radiator. Allegedly puller fans are more efficient but again space is the issue. Wouldn't placing a shroud in front of radiator (around the pusher fan) reduce the radiator's efficiency? Come to think of it I've only seen shrouds behind a radiator.
