Get right before it comes to PA. I can speak from experience. Mistakes are not easily fixed in this state. Example. I have a truck with a title that has the engine number on it. PA will not let me correct it even with the paper work they require. Reason the will not change a VIN when a vehicle is brought into this state. I was told that it should have been done in the state the title was originally issued. They told me to get a form from our state police. then subit the paper work again with the require fees. In true PA fashion the form is not used any more. I have given up for now
