Well, Randy On Long Island has a spacer for a dually system he bought. He is getting a pic of it for me. He sent this stock photo and said it resembles his. His is made of steel instead of aluminum. Waiting on dimensions and photo. This may be the easiest way to go?

Otherwise, I can have a plate spacer machined to fit over the lug extensions.

Running the stock/dual rim combo, the max spacer to stay legal is 1/2" which will yield 9/16ths of space between the tires.

The only way to get to the 1.2" space between the tires is to run both duals on one side which leaves the caliper clearance issue.

I think I'll be able to live with 9/16ths space between the tires. We'll see soon.
