w100 next to w200

In 59 the power wagon w100 had 8 lug axles.
So how would I be able to distinguish a w100 from a w200 if they were sitting side by side (other than badging and vin plate) what would be the visible differences.

Thanks! Also in the market for a 59 or 60 fleet side bed.
