The W100 came in both 108" and 116" WB, but the W200 only came as a 116" WB (excepting some limited production stuff built mostly in 1960 for the military).

The sweptline bed was only listed as an option in 1960 on the W100 and W200, but I've seen at least one factory built 1959 W100. I seen several fake sweptline bed 1959 and 1960 W100s and W200s.

The main difference between the W100 and W200 in those years are the axles, wheels, and rear spring packs. The frames are the same as are the body parts and the rest of the drivetrain. If you look in the parts book most parts for the W100 and W200 are the same.

If there's any question check the tags and the frame number to verify.
Eric
