Dean, what you are seeing in the center is actually #23. You won't be able to see #24 until you remove the rest of the seal retainer. When that happens, #23 will fall out, and them you will need to fabricate a tool to take out #24. It should be very tight, and if it's not now, it will need to be once you reinstall it! Good luck!
