Don't forget, W100s, and W200s in 61-66 PWs had the same stock axles(though both could get big knuckle front ends) so the only difference is the spring rates(or number of leaves).

I would guess this is one of those weird trucks with the big knuckle front end, big yokes, winch, and V8.

I have seen a couple of these, and one could argue they are as heavy duty as a W200, but they were all W100s(that I have found).

Also consider that after 1968 Dodge used 5 bolt axles on W100s(later W150s), so most folks believe 8 bolt equals W200.

After rambling on for a while, yes it is possible this is a W200, is it likely? NO!

I await VIN number checking to verify.
