Titling is going to be an impossibility soon. This car took almost nine months through a reputable agency. In that time, three different states had changed their rulings on the issue, and it was start all over again three times. In just nine months, it cost about 1200.00 to finally get it done. Mind you, I was dealing with the NJ MVC, so that didn't make it any easier.
