I wish I knew how to weld or had a friend that did. My cab is not as bad as yours. It does have the rot where the back bottom meets the floor. Does Dennis Sherman sell cab sheet metal panels? if so so you have his information. The cab is ready to remove from the frame once the body shop guy is ready. I was thinking four guys but you hoist looks interesting. My project was going to be "get it running and drive it" but one repair leads to another. Your pictures will be a big help to many of us in process out there.
