That article indicates if the Canadian physically comes to the US they can register it themselves, I guess they become the importer and exporter? sure looks like a pain. I will help as I can, it appears most of the new BS is from the USA side. Canada just wants the tax, not sure what is in the 'AES' filing for the US, appears to be free. Just more government intrusion?
