When I watch the video it looked like it was flashing at different speeds. Might have just been Utube lag but they seemed to be going pretty fast.

I had the opposite problem with mine. I used a normal taillight blinker and LED Visibolts. With only one Visibolt on the circuit it wasn't enough to draw for the flasher to work. I put in an indicator on the dash with another Visibolt and it BARELY has enough draw.
