sinc eboth sides are acting exaclty the same I would still say bad flasher or signal switch or irratic power supply like someone else suggested. any autoparts these days off the shelf are questionable. I needed a sealed fron wheel bearing for my 04 Dodge and I went to autozone who only had the cheapest version in stock and I could feel and hear the bearing! junk in a box! went to oreilys and their cheapest one was the same way so bought the more expensive one and it was smooth. Taiwan and Chinese quality has improved over the eyars but still by far lots of very poor quality. to bad 535s from napa would not surprise me at all. seems like everyone who buys a condenser these days has it fail in a short time. 25 years ago I never had condesners fail. it was the least likely part to go now its the most likely.
