Rear engine mount?

I did not remove my engine, so I don't know exactly how the engine mounts to the frame in the rear. I've looked in my 3 books, but no details. I've googled images to no avail.
I've currently got the engine mounts sitting on the new rubber pads. The holes are lined up. I've got two new springs that go where ? On top or on bottom? Bolt goes in head up nut down? Are these supposed to be castle nuts or standard nut & lock washer.
How much do I tighten the spring?
A pic would speak volumes.
