no garage or brake shop would work on brakes that they did not do all the repairs.
their Insurance would not permit it.
perhaps the shop was south of the border
back in the days of drum brakes our mechanics
would allways disassemble new or rebuilt cylinders, inspect and put back together before installing on the vehicle.
