Help needed! Brake bleeding

I can't get my brakes to bleed. I've done everything VPW has recommended. After no luck I took it to a brake shop. They worked on it two days and couldn't get it. I thin bought a power bleeder and went around the truck numerous times. Air is getting in the lines. It's all new lines, wheel cylinders,brass washers, master cylinder. I bench bled the master cylinder. My assumption is the it's the master cylinder. When I'm using my power bleeder the fitting I made for the cylinder drips even with tephlone tape. All of the shoes are adjusted out. I've put two master cylinders on it. I'm about to pull my hair out. I'm considering buying all new wheel cylinders again an another master from a different supplier. Help please! :)
