I just bought a 59 W300 that came from the factory with a winch, but the winch is gone.

The PTO driveshaft, frame extensions, and one cross peice remain. Is there any way to tell if I had a LU-2 or a MU2A? From small clues on the truck I think this was a tow truck used in MT by a Texaco station, I don't know if they would have ordered the bigger winch, but it is possible.

Any thoughts?
