I have an extra set of fixed hubs that would cure the problem. They are mounted using 7/16 NC studs with 3/8 SAE nuts. I am pretty sure the only designed in weak links are the soft pins in the winch drive shafts. When the hub bolts shear it can mess up the hub because they don't politely shear simultaneously and some will hang on to oblong and crack the hub.
