Thanks for all the responses and advice. Since I am working in a storage lot without access to power or much space, it is just not practical to do any major work at this time. Besides I can't leave parts lying around from day to day. Once I get my house built, I'll have a garage to work in.

Anyway, I re-installed the hubs for the time being. They were pretty dinged up and were not functional. Some of the damage was too deep to fix. Not pretty, but functional again.
