I think the seller should always disclose the S&H charges. It makes since on auction sites for sellers to charge S&H separately because they never know what they will get for the item. Never the less they should figure and list the S&H charge before listing the item so the buyer can figure it into his bid. Retailers should always disclose their S&H along with the price of the goods. If any seller doesn't disclose the S&H I would avoid doing business with them.
