seen that on side shifted 3 speeds but not on top loaders. But I bet it is worth a look. problem is time and money. less expensive for him to buy a spinning used one and pay me to install it, than to have me go through his trans. I am trying to convince him to convert to 5 speed. we have an article somewhere that gives the specs of the adapter rings you need to make to install an S10 5 speed. I think the trans was also used in dakotas. NV3500 or something similar.
