To all of you "haulers" out there, I have some advice. If you want a good reference, and you want us to support you here, I would suggest the following....

Don't come into a customer's yard with an attitude. You are working for us, and not doing us a favor.

Listen to us, we restored the truck, not you. We have alot of time and effort into the project. If you can do it better, restore it yourself and take responsibility for it, cradle to grave, like we do.

Don't assume you are hauling another piece of junk, this is a finished product that we expect to be delivered intact.

If you don't have the proper equipment to tie down a restored truck that needs to stay that way, don't do the job. Please respectfully decline the tow and maybe give a reference to someone who can. Next time, I will tell you to leave.

Again, respect the yard you are in, it's not yours. Our rules apply, and if you can't live with that, then please respectfully decline the job instead of giving the yard owner an attitude. You have not nearly as much to loose as we do, and a little respect can go a long way.

So that's my rant, and I'll leave it at that. No pictures like I hoped, the whole thing was VERY unceremonius. Not a good send off, I hope it makes it. Sorry Jack, I just could not let this go. It was pretty unbelievable in my eyes....chris irick
