Is very well written, factual, and accountable. Not written by an intoxicated individual. But rather a sensible, well meaning person who has legitimate concerns for the people he works for. Unlike you in the past, who does not understand circumstances that arise through discovery. You, that holds a price to a price, and have no concept that things change with the over all improvement of a project, and come with an expense. I can't imagine building a house, let alone restoring one, without this understanding in place. Things get discovered and need to be dealt with as they arise. Or, left aside to sit and wait for a decision to be made. I like to move forward, so I can get to the next thing. And if that means giving up earning some cash just to clean my shop up and make room for people who really give a damn and matter, than that is what I'll do. You certainly got your fair share of that. I would suggest to you that you stay out of the matter, unless you want to be implicated in my charges that will soon follow. Consider what you have in your 29,000.00 project that you currently have. You stated you paid me 5,000.00. That is very true. Did you ever look at your bills that I gave you? Did you read them at all? Did you realize that about 3800.00 of that was for parts and materials, not labor? Did you realize that I worked on your truck, instead of going to my real job at the time, and collecting my benefit time? I gave you 10,000.00 of my time that was owed to me. Tried my best to do what I could for you, and asked for about 400.00 in parts in return. I realize and understand that it was my choice to do this, but I chose to do it for you. I had absolutly no idea that your intention all along was to flip the truck, (no pun intended, it is a swivel, after all) and I never would have done all of this if I knew. I thought you were a genuine Power Wagon enthusiast, who wanted the best he could get for the money. (not alot, but make it work good). If you want to jump in on this current event that your friend is involved with, that doesn't involve you in the least bit, then come on in. I have no problem whatsoever meeting you in the Jersey Court System to substantiate anything you can throw at me. If you want to accuse me of being intoxicated, on my own property, on my own time, and within my legal boundaries of my very exsistence, then you better be ready for me in a court of law. This is it, this needs to end NOW. I have given you my well wishes and forgiven any misunderstanding between the two of us, and there is no reason whatsoever for you to get involved. So mind your own business, and stay out of my way. I do not wish you any wrong doing, and only hope for your health in the future. (I understand the projest is being sold for health reasons) I also hope that you will at some point, understand the HUGE changes that I was going through during the work on your project, and I am forever gratefull that I had the opportunity to work on it. It is a good truck, and I wish you the best with it. OK? Are we clear on this? Is it out in the open enough? I don't know how much more you need to make the whole thing go to rest. It is much easier to get along with people than it is to be in disagreement all the time. I hope you think very hard about what I have said here before you respond. You are free to pick up the phone at any time, you still have my number. I am open to amicable discussion at any time.
