The picture shows that mount bracket on my FFPW bolted to a NP-435. I dont have a detailed picture of its assembly. You can also click on the link below and go to the album PW Levers. In that album, I use this lever mount on my FFPW with Cummins/NV-4500.

As I remember (its been a few years now) you have to assemble the T Case Levers and the Ebrake lever to the mount prior to bolting it to the tranny. The Ebrake rod can fit in two positions, ie, rod going thru the Ebrake lever with the cotter pin on the right or left side of the lever. In only one position will it fit and allow the T Case shift levers to move freely. Sorry, I forget which position is correct.

Not much help, I know. But its all I have.
