OT: Fort Sumpter/gummed up gas?

Today 150 years ago General P.G.T. Beauregard opened fire on Fort Sumpter, thus beginning the Civil War. Beauregard, a few months previous to this was the superintendent of West Point. When he was a student there, his artillery instructor was Major Robert Anderson who was commanding the fort at the time. The Irony. G

PW content: anyone have a good solvent for old gummed up gas. Found some in the tractor tank and thought I should clean out the TWPWs tank, as it has been sitting for awhile. Tanks, G (:°)
