Seems like a lot of lawsuits these days are based on the actions of some idiot that does something that any sane person in their right mind wouldn't even think to do. I wouldn't think of having the trigger pulled back when unlatching the bolt for the express reason expressed by Sherman. I suppose accidents do happen, but most often they happen when we aren't paying attention or when we aren't using common sense. PowerWagon content: Always be careful when putting your rifle in your truck. I've actually seen a few cabs with bullet holes in the upper side panel behind the passengers head. (fired when putting in the gun rack)
